While ShipDart Express facilitates the booking and tracking of shipments, the actual pickup, transportation, and delivery services are executed by the respective courier companies selected by the user.
In the event of damage to or loss of a consignment, the responsibility lies solely with the selected courier partner handling the shipment. ShipDart Express acts only as a booking platform and shall not be held liable for any claims arising from consignment damage, delay, or loss during transit. Any such claims must be addressed directly with the respective courier partner, in accordance with their terms and conditions.

Wallet Recharge Requirement for Consignment Booking Consignment booking through Shipdartexpress is permitted only after the user has recharged their Wallet with a minimum denomination of ₹500 (five hundred rupees). The following conditions apply:
If the Wallet does not reflect a recharge of at least ₹500, consignment booking functionality will be disabled.
If the Wallet does not reflect a recharge of at least ₹500, consignment booking functionality will be disabled.
The minimum recharge amount of ₹500 must be maintained to access booking services. This amount is non-refundable once used for services, unless otherwise stated.
All wallet recharges are subject to verification. Consignment booking will be enabled only after successful confirmation of the ₹500 recharge.
No interest will be paid on any amount held in the Wallet. The balance in your Wallet is non-interest bearing and will not earn any form of return, yield, or compensation from Shipdartexpress, regardless of the duration it remains in the Wallet.
By using the Wallet to make payments, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Wallet.
The Wallet allows you to store funds and use them for transactions with ShipDart Express or other authorized merchants. Funds added can only be used to purchase eligible goods and services as defined by ShipDart Express.
You can add funds using approved payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, bank transfers). All Wallet top-ups are subject to verification and may take up to 24 hours to reflect.
ShipDart Express may impose transaction, balance, or usage limits as required by regulatory compliance. You may not use the Wallet for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Refunds for purchases made with the Wallet will be credited back to your Wallet. Wallet balances are non-withdrawable unless required by law or approved by ShipDart Express.
Wallet balances may expire after 12 months of inactivity, subject to applicable law. Notification will be provided in advance.
You are responsible for safeguarding your Wallet login and credentials. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use or breach.
ShipDart Express is not liable for losses due to unauthorized use unless caused by our negligence. We may suspend access if suspicious activity is detected.
These Terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be communicated via email, SMS, or app notification and are effective upon posting.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be handled by courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
